In other words, we have 10% of the use of these beds that are ready to accept patients. This is the first wave. In particular, preparatory measures are actively taking place in the Chernivtsi region, leading to the incidence rate of COVID-19.

“A new facility has been prepared in Chernivtsi with 72 beds, which will accept patients. Therefore, when we talk about weakening the quarantine, we are not saying that we have already escaped the outbreak and the epidemic,” said the chief medical doctor.

The leaders of infection are the Chernivtsi (2097 cases) and Ivano-Frankivsk (1078) regions, as well as the city of Kiev (1721).
