The Pechersk court in Kiev chose Tatiana Chornovol as a preventive measure in the form of 24-hour house arrest. The deputy is suspected of being involved in the death of one of the office workers of the Party of Regions.
This decision was investigated by Pechersk District Court Judge Sergey Vovk, and he thus granted the request for the investigation.

Chornovil’s lawyers have already stated that they will appeal this decision to the court of appeals. The defense considers that investigating judge Wolf has made an illegal decision.
On the eve of the first meeting members of the European Solidarity Party faction court said they were ready to rescue Chornovil.
It should be noted that lawyer Chornovol announced the withdrawal of investigative judge Sergey Vovk, but the court did not grant this request.

What is Tatyana Chornovol suspected of?According to the DBB, on February 18, 2014, at that time, journalist and activist Tatiana Chornovol allegedly directed the actions of a group of people and was directly involved in the arson fire at the Party of the Regions office. Then a firefighter killed a 1948 worker in the building.
