On April 11, 20 new cases of coronavirus infection were confirmed in the Zhytomyr region. In total, 94 infections were registered in the region.
This is reported by the Zhytomyr regional state administration.
“New outbreaks of the disease were confirmed in Berdichev and Korosten, in which COVID-19 was diagnosed in 16 people, in Zhytomyr 2 people, and one in Ovruch and Pulin,” the statement said.

The oldest patient is 81 years old. COVID-19 was also confirmed in a 31-year-old woman and a 32-year-old man.
“We will note that the coronavirus in the region is confirmed in the districts of Zhytomyr, Malin, Berdichev, Korosten, Korostyshiv, Ovruch, Pulin, Novograd-Volyn, as well as in the districts of Radomyshl, Korostyshiv, Chernyakhiv, Zhytomyr,” he said.
