UEFA may reduce the number of host cities for Euro 2020

The Union of European Football Associations is considering an option to reduce the number of cities that will host the Europe 2020 Championship.

The postponed 2021 European Championship was planned to be organized by 12 Old World cities. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, these plans may be reviewed. The union is currently in contact with the host cities and is preparing to introduce possible changes.
