In the Kiev region, in the city of Boryspil, a 4-year-old girl was kidnapped. The kidnapper wanted to rape the girl and even tore her clothes. But she claims that she does not remember if she managed to commit the violence or not.
This was reported by the press service of the police of the Kiev region.
According to the police, the man kidnapped the girl taking advantage of the fact that her mother was distracted by paying for fuel. He put the boy in his car and fled in an unknown direction.

After the arrest, the man admitted that he tried to rape the girl, but does not remember whether he succeeded or not:
“I wanted to put a condom in my intimate place and rape her, then I was arrested by the police. I don’t remember if there was anything there or not,” says the kidnapper in the video.
The injured girl herself said that the kidnapper tore her pants.
The detainee is a 29-year-old resident of the Kiev region, a businessman. Now a case has been started against him under the article on the illegal imprisonment of a young child. However, the abductor’s actions may also qualify under the rape article.
