Ubisoft commits to ‘major changes’ after harassment scandals


Following a series of allegations of abuse and misconduct against Ubisoft employees, Ubisoft outlined “significant changes” that will be needed in the future to prevent these problems from happening again. As revealed during Ubisoft’s 1Q 2020-21 earnings call, Ubisoft co-founder and CEO Yves Guillemot began by addressing the issues with the following quote;

“While Ubisoft’s current performance and business prospects are stronger than ever, we nonetheless face a very serious challenge after the recent allegations and allegations of misconduct and inappropriate behavior within our Group.
