U.S. election results: Biden predicts victory over Trump as polls move forward

JB biden has reiterated that he will not resign from the U.S. on Tuesday. Victory is confident as it is close to defeating Donald Trump after the presidential election.

The Democratic Challenger now has state-by-state U.S. There are 253 votes out of 270 electoral colleges required to get the White House under the voting system.

Mr Biden is leading the vote in Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Arizona.

If Biden wins, Mr. Trump will step down in January after four years.

The countdown is entering its fifth day, it is not yet clear when the competition will end.

Officials are registering postal votes due to the coronavirus epidemic, causing the longest delay in the presidential election result in 20 years.

“We will win this race,” Mr. Biden told supporters confidently in Willamington, Delaware on Friday night. He was joined by his running mate, California Senator Kamala Harris.

He said he was on track to win more than 30,000 electoral college votes, pointing out that more than 74 million people voted for his campaign than any other U.S. presidential candidate in history.

The Secret Service has sent reinforcements to Delaware to detail Mr Biden’s security. The Federal Aviation Administration has banned flights over Wilmington’s airspace.

However, there are no indications that Mr Trump will confess to his opponent in the short term.

On Friday afternoon he tweeted, “JB Biden should not falsely claim the presidency.” “I can even make that claim. Legal proceedings have just begun!”

Mr. Trump is making unequivocal claims of election fraud, urging some fellow Republicans to speak out that rhetoric should be curtailed.

At least since 1896 every defeated presidential candidate has conceded defeat to the winner. But there is no law or constitutional requirement to do so.

The constitution states that the newly elected president will automatically take office on the afternoon of January 20 after the election.
