Tyler Perry This weekend was in the mood to give – and it appears that thousands of people were in the mood to receive more than the more challenging Thanksgiving.
Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta became the site of an incredibly long line of cars on Sunday morning as people watched the TPS at the studio. The food drive, known as Giving, came from all around to feed thousands of families.
TP And co. The first families promised to give non-practical as well as gift cards to draw 1,000 families to their grounds … and people heard them out loud and clear, as cars started arriving early on Saturday afternoon, and only got bigger. Was. Sunday – 8 a.m. ET with drive from noon.
Check out the TMZ that got this drone footage which shows a bird’s eye view of this scene – you can back up the traffic on the freeway around there … and the word on the ground is that it was even more crowded than this shows. .
For how it was handled, Tyler’s staff made sure to keep the coronavirus in mind … The hand-off of the goods was all curbside pickup, and everyone receiving the care package was told to wear a mask. TPS employees are given PPE from head to toe. Were also covered in, so by all accounts … it was just as safe for this kind of thing.
There’s nothing new on the part of Charitable Dead Tyler, especially since an epidemic is plaguing the country. Tyler has done everything except help the employees of the local restaurant to hell – with wards above 20k-plus – And earlier this year, too, the NOLA and grocery stores in Atlanta picked up tabs.
