Exclusive: Focusing on President Trump’s “law and order” message amid unrest in cities across the country, the Trump 2020 campaign launched new announcements in five major voting states on Wednesday – after a brief hiatus during Democratic and Republican conventions.
A senior Trump campaign official told Fox News that the campaign blocked television commercials in war-torn states during the conventions, and said that when they felt they were getting “free” ads from the convention’s programming, they “made no sense to spend in buckets of donor money.” Not. ” Advertisements for the campaign were on national cable news through conventions.

New announcements are in the pipeline ahead of five states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Wisconsin and Minnesota.
“That’s why we’re doing it,” the official told Fox News. “It’s a new approach because we expect an early turnout due to the overwhelming number of people, so we’re focusing on those states.”
Advertisements aired in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina will define Democratic nominee B Biden as a “radical leftist tool,” the official said.
But the ongoing ads in Wisconsin and Minnesota will speak directly to those who have “experienced the effects of violent mobs” amid unrest in their cities.
The ad, which aired in Wisconsin, reviewed by Fox News, focuses on the unrest in Kenosha, Wiz, who shot and killed a 29-year-old black man named Jacob Black in the back. City police officer, leaving him partially paralyzed.
“Unlawful criminals intimidate Kenosha,” the announcement said. “JB Biden takes the knee. The weak response from Biden and the radical left has led to chaos and violence. “
The ad continues, denouncing Democrats and saying “their calls to defame the police” will “make it worse.”

Continuing the announcement, “President Trump stops him.” “Wisconsin is sending national guards and federal law enforcement to protect families.”
The announcement ends with: “Communities, not criminals. Jobs, not crowds. Strong leadership when America needs it most. “
A similar announcement has been made in Minnesota, focusing on the chaos in Minneapolis, which began in May after George Floyd died in police custody.
“Biden is very weak and can’t call the radical leftists what to say because he’s under the control of anti-police extremists in the Democrat Party,” Trump campaign communicator Tim Murtuf told Fox News. Said. “Naughty people are running amok in Democrat-controlled cities and only President Trump is standing for law and order.”
Biden, however, has repeatedly condemned the violence in the cities following the campaign. Last week, Byden condemned the violence in Kenosha and in July condemned the violence in Portland, Ore, while calling for action against “arsonists and anarchists.”
Earlier, Biden also condemned similar violence in Minneapolis following Floyd’s death in the custody of the city’s police department.
But Trump campaign officials are arriving in Minnesota this week, a state that has not seen a Republican presidential candidate win in decades.
Byan says there is no need for violence ‘after the black shooting’
“Democrats elected to the Iron Range in Minnesota appreciate what the president has done for the economy there, and we believe Minnesota deserves to be included in the president’s column,” a Trump campaign official told Fox News. “Besides, all the violent riots that started in Minnesota, that’s why for the first time people started seeing left-wing violent mobs making fun of Democrat-controlled cities.”
The official cited a group of six Democratic mayors in Minnesota who last month backed the president for re-election after claiming he had not done enough to help working Americans.
“Today we do not recognize the Democratic Party,” the mayor wrote in the letter. “He has moved so far to the left that he can no longer claim to be a working class advocate. The hard-working Minnesotans who built their lives and supported their families on the range here have been abandoned by the radical Democrats. We have not chosen to leave the Democratic Party, the party has left us. ”
“Lifelong politicians like JB Biden are not in touch with the working class, are not in touch with the needs of the country and have contact with our people here on the Iron Range and in small towns like ours in our country.” Wrote.
Also this week, Trump campaign manager Bill Stepian responded to the president’s performance in Minnesota by saying that the state was “changing our course culturally.”

Trump and Vice President Pence recently visited Minnesota, where campaign officials say Biden is “definitely on defense.”
“As soon as Biden travels to Minnesota for his first land trip, he says he knows he’s on defense,” a campaign official told Fox News.
But Jane Reeder, director of the Biden Campaign National States, told Fox News that they were “in a good position to win Minnesota.”
“We have created a civilized organization that connects voters in every corner of the state who know that Trump’s ineffective response to the epidemic has cost many Minnesotans their lives, destroyed their jobs, and propelled the strong economy Trump inherited from Obama.” “The Biden administration is off the cliff,” Ryder said in a statement. “Minnesota voters believe that JD will unify our country, fight for working families, and help improve our economy – and that’s why they’re in November.” North Star State is joining our campaign to win. “
