Despite the onslaught of attacks on Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp by President Donald Trump to certify President-elect Joe Biden’s victory in the state, his invitation to the White House Christmas party could not be lost in the mail.
On Friday, the Republican governor Tweeted Images of herself and her daughter Lucy taking pictures between holiday decorations and festivals at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
“Lucy and I had this time Whitehouse Campus party today, “Camp wrote.” Merry Christmas, everyone! “

Kemp has drawn the work of Trump and many rank-and-file Republicans and activists, for whom he sees a lack of support in the investigation of unsupported claims of voter fraud in the state.
The governor posted a photo of the White House just hours after Trump questioned his credentials, as well as other favorite GOPs of the president. Target, Secretary of State .F Brad RefencePerger.
Trump wrote, “Both the Secretary of State and the Governor of Georgia, the so-called ‘Republicans’, do not allow Fulton County to go through the critical voter signature verification process.” Also, they are not allowing Republican “observers” to be present and verify! “
Despite Trump’s claims, the state already needs signature verification, and official poll observers from both parties were present across the country during the 2020 election.
Last week, the president once again criticized the camp and retweeted a post by attorney Lynn Wood calling for the governor and Rafansparger to be imprisoned for not challenging the state’s election results.
“President Trump @RealDonaldTrump is a really good man,” Wood wrote. “He doesn’t really like to fire people. I claim he imprisons people, especially ‘Republicans.’ He was given every opportunity by Brian Campji and @ Gascofestat to get it right. They refused. They will go to jail soon. “

Preliminary counts and two reviews confirmed Biden’s narrow victory in the state. On Dec. 14, the Electoral College College Ledge met in Atlanta and certified the votes of the state’s 16 electorate College Ledge for President-elect.
Nevertheless, Kemp has raised the bar of Trump’s attacks.
During a November interview with Fox Business host Maria Bertiromo, the president said he was ashamed to support the camp in its notorious 2018 campaign against Democratic nominee Stacey Abrams.
In early December, Trump called on the camp to help overturn the election results, arguing that the governor could convene a special assembly that would establish pro-Trump voters.
Kempe refused to convene the state legislature again.
