Since the Republican National Convention has changed the White House race a bit, the new CNBC Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden leads President Donald Trump to six 2020 swing states, according to the / Change Research poll.
In Arizona, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, the former vice president has a 49% to 45% edge over the Republican position. Even after the Democratic National Convention, the G.O.P. Nominations match the bids with an edge of% in% to 46% in a poll taken two weeks before the event.
Biden has the narrowest lead in all six states, which is nine. On the White House will play a big role in determining who wins. Here’s where the race is in all those states, and how it has changed. Last survey:

The poll, conducted from Friday to Sunday, surveyed 13 potential prospective voters in six states and has an error margin of plus or minus 1.4 percentage points.
It also shows a slightly changing race at a time when presidential candidates may see temporary bumps after sinking voters at their nomination conventions. Although Biden’s leadership fell below its national and swing-state turnout averages during the worst times of the coronavirus epidemic in June and July, the race for the presidency in CNBC / Change Research Polls has largely remained unchanged by recent events.
A poll released Wednesday found that the views of Trump and Biden’s swing-state voters have not changed in the last two weeks. This week, 45% of respondents said they have favorable feelings about Trump, as opposed to 52% who said they view him inappropriately. That compares with 46% to 51% favorable for adverse spread two weeks ago.
Opinions about Biden did not falter. In Wednesday’s poll, 45% of prospective voters said they favored the Democratic nominee, while %%% responded that they had hostile feelings about them. The numbers were the same two weeks ago.
Respondents were asked to select the three most important issues facing the country. The most common choices were economy, jobs and the cost of living, which were taken up by 43% of potential voters, followed by political corruption at 38%. Another 35% of respondents chose Covid-1, followed by Law and Order at 29% and Racism and Discrimination at 27%.
The main parties have different views on the most important issues. Among Democrats, 61% preferred Covid-19 and 51% preferred racism and discrimination. But the G.O.P. Among voters, 58% chose law and order – a common rhetorical device, using Trump to criticize protests against police brutality and racism – and 53% chose the cost of the economy, jobs and livelihoods.
