The producers for “60 Minutes” did not immediately return a request for comment.
The president has launched a number of legal challenges in recent weeks in war-torn states such as Pennsylvania and Michigan, seeking to reverse the 2020 election results. The lawsuit has so far failed to find any guilt in courts across the country.
In an interview aired Sunday, Krebs told CBS News that he stands by his remarks defending the integrity of the 2020 election, which was pointed out by the president when he was fired as director of a cybersecurity agency in early November.
