The Trump campaign blew up the first night of the Democratic National Convention in 2020 as a “Hollywood-produced infomercial,” while warning that Joe Biden’s “radical socialist supremacy is complete.”
“Maybe it was just a surveillance, but the first night of the Democratic convention left out the fact that Joe Biden would increase taxes on more than 80 percent of Americans by at least $ 4 trillion,” Trump campaign national press secretary Hogan Gidley said in a statement Monday night.

“It also misses its open borders policy, with amnesty and work permits for 11 million illegal aliens. There was no mention of Joe Biden’s desire to cut police funding, kill tens of millions of jobs in energy with a green new deal, or provide free health care to illegal aliens, but honestly it was only the first night , “said Gidley.
Gidley added: “Democrats can try to hide the dangerous truth with a Hollywood-produced infomercial, but they can not hide the fact that the radical socialist supremacy over Joe Biden is complete.”
Meanwhile, White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany also accused convention speakers of not violating any Biden policy.
“During this underwellming DNC, there are a lot of songs, but ZERO explained how Joe will create jobs, end riots, stop innocent lives in our streets,” McEnany forced. “Joe will destroy our economy, DEFINUND our police, hand over our communities to the anarchists!”
Monday’s event included brief remarks from lawmakers like Rep. Jim Clyburn, DS.C., and executives like New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo – these speeches, however, were woven in between pre-recorded musical performances by artists, including Leon Bridges and Maggie Rogers, and a video featuring Bruce Springsteen’s “The Rising.”
Trump campaign strategist Brad Parscale tweeted during the program, “Is this the Democratic National Convention or a Hollywood awards ceremony?”
Meanwhile, as the events unfolded on Monday night, the Trump campaign was the first night of “The Real Joe Biden,” a nightly review of the Democrats’ nightly events at the convention, as part of their swift efforts and counter-programming.
The release was hosted Monday night by Trump campaign senior adviser Mercedes Schlapp and 2020 Strategic Advisor Boris Epshteyn, and will feature guests including GOP National Spokeswoman Liz Harrington and Citizens United President David Bossie.
Those on Team Trump on Monday night highlighted the fact that the majority of Monday night’s events were not focused on Biden and his potential presidency, but on criticizing the Trump administration – an attempt that Trump champion ex-adviser Steve Cortes called an “indictment” of the United States.
“They only have an agenda to hate Donald Trump,” Bossie said during the campaign’s recipe program. “The American people are worse than that.”

He added: “They will see that this is an election about big problems and where America will be for their children. This is the most important election of our lives – this is a consequence.”
In anticipation of night two of the Democratic convention, Bossie predicted “more Trump derangement syndrome.”

Team Trump’s remarks come after one of the 2020 Democratic conventions, which shocked lawmakers, administrators, and even former First Lady Michelle Obama, who defeated President Trump and his administration, and made the case for a Joe Biden Presidency.
Monday’s event was hosted by actress Eva Longoria, and included brief remarks from lawmakers such as Rep. Jim Clyburn, DS.C., sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., And sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt .; New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo; Michigan Secretary of State Gretchen Whitmer; and a headliner speech by former First Lady Michelle Obama, who warned that Trump “is the wrong president for our country.”
“He’s had more than enough time … He’s clearly in his head,” Obama said. “It simply came to our notice then. He just may not be who we need him to be. “
She added: “it’s what it is.”
Obama warned: “If you think things can not get any worse, trust me, they can, and they will if we do not make a change in these elections.”
“If we hope to end this chaos, we must vote for Joe Biden, as our lives depend on it,” she said. ‘I know Joe. He is a deeply decent man, led by faith. ”
