Trump calls him ‘anti-American’ and orders crackdown on federal anti-racism training

Donald Trump has suggested to the Federal Fees Management FM Management and Budget to break the anti-racism training sessions of the federal agencies, calling them “divisive, anti-American propaganda”.

OMB Director, Russell Vote, in a letter to executive branch agencies on Friday, instructed them to identify any training-related costs related to “critical race theory”, “white privilege” or any other material that teaches or suggests the United States or any Has given. Gender or race is “inherently racist or evil”.

The nation has faced counts this summer because of racial injustice in speech and other areas of American life. Trump has spent most of the summer protesting the protection of Union war flags and the display of civil war rebel monuments, which he called a “culture war” ahead of the Nov. 3 election.

He, meanwhile, rejected comments by Democratic nominee J Biden and others that policing and “systemic racism” in American culture must be addressed.

Vote’s memo cites “press reports” as contributing to Trump’s decision, apparently referring to sections of Fox News and other outlets that have been vocal in their outrage over federal training.

Vott’s memo says additional federal guidance on training sessions is forthcoming, maintaining that “the president and his administration are fully committed to fair and equal treatment of all individuals in the United States.”

“The president has a proven track record of standing up for people whose voices have long been ignored and who have failed to benefit all of our country, and he continues to support all Americans, regardless of race, religion or creed.” “The divisive, erroneous and derogatory propaganda of the crucial race movement is against all who stand as Americans and should not have a place in the federal government,” he added.
