Lawyers for the Trump 2020 campaign and representatives of Joe Biden’s six Nevada Electoral Colleges inspected a polling station in Carson City on Tuesday in a voter fraud case filed by a Trump team.
Reactions from both parties were not immediately known before Thursday’s scheduled hearing.
In Carson City, State Judge James Russell cleared the way for a joint inspection Monday.
The Trump campaign is battling the results of the Nov. 3 election in the state, with De Dem Crack Biden winning with 50.1% of the vote compared to Trump’s 47.7%, according to Fox News Decision Desk.
Data compiled by Fox showed that Biden attracts the support of more than 703,000 voters in the state, with Trump drawing votes from about 670,000 – for a margin of less than 35,000 votes.

In its challenges in Nevada and other states, the Trump campaign has questioned the results of counties with cities with large numbers of registered Democrats – but most court cases in the campaign have had little success so far.
Biden won only two of Nevada’s 16 counties – Clark, including the Las Vegas and Wash Show, including Renault.
Jesse Binnal, a lawyer challenging Trump in Nevada, said he wanted to prove that fraudulent ballots were cast in the state and that Trump – not Biden – was the real winner there, the Associated Press reported.
Binnal did not immediately respond to a Fox News request for comment.
President Trump delivered a Twitter message just after midnight on Tuesday, spreading the word about his judge’s decision to 88.7 million followers.
“A judge in Nevada has ordered Clark County officials to examine election equipment and sealed containers used in the 2020 election by 1:00 p.m. Lets do. Tomorrow, ”Trump wrote.
Nevada certified state election results on Nov. 24 as the official, including Biden’s statewide victory of 33,596 votes in coronavirus-inspired vote-by-mail pressure to prevent crowds at polling stations.
Voter Registrar J. Gloria and attorneys representing state and national Democratic parties did not oppose the site visit.
Russell’s court order noted that state law allows inspection of test reports and materials “concerning devices and programs used in elections.”
States will face a deadline to resolve election disputes before the December 14 presidential election college vote.
The governor fired Trump
Meanwhile, Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak released a statement Tuesday condemning Trump’s tweet in which the president called the state’s election results “fake.”
“It’s vague to continue to spread lies and sow distrust at a time when all Americans must unite during this historic public health crisis. According to Fox 5 of Las Vegas, Sisolak wrote, Enough is enough.

Trump’s remarks about the Nevada election came in the wake of a Twitter site’s alleged retweet of a photo of a hospital bed in a Nevada parking lot.
In his statement, Sisolak, a Democrat, defended the work being done to combat coronavirus in Nevada.
“They are not lies, as the president has suggested – they are heroes,” he said of the state’s health care workers.
