Triple H is known as the brain behind the NXT, and many of the graduates of the Black and Gold brand have made a name for themselves on the main roster in WWE. However, there are a few of them who have earned the respect of Triple H.
During the media call following the NXT TakeOver: XXX event, Triple H revealed that he truly respects Sasha Banks, Bayley and Drew McIntyre for the passion they show for NXT. He went on to say that these Superstars often ask him if they can come back and be a part of the market or just be engaged in some kind of work because they want to help in the growth of the market.
Triple H opened up about his relationship with these Superstars and said he really appreciates their appreciation for the craft. That’s why they have his respect, and he’s proud of the work they do. Talk about Sasha Banks and Bayley, public Triple H,
“That, I break this many times to passion. And the thing I respect the most is everyone who is super passionate here. It really stays with me. People like Sasha Banks and Bayley, it does not matter what we do , when they’re in town and they’re here, I know I’ll get a text during the day from one of the two that says, ‘Hey, can we come from tonight? Say hello or see everyone? ‘or “Hey! You want to put us in the show? We would also like to do something. Oh! In fact, if you want us to do some work, we can do that too. Oh, if you need us on Wednesday, we’ll be happy to do the same. ‘Their passion for coming here and wanting to be a part of it, contributing to the show, contributing to the future of it, it’s great. You know, just watch them light me up when they’re here. It really does. “
Triple H comments on Drew McIntyre
WWE Champion Drew McIntyre was one of the main roster Superstars who made an appearance during NXT TakeOver: XXX. He previously asked permission from De Jager to come for the event and was invested in the show from the beginning.
Triple H also discussed how much he loves to see these Superstars return to NXT, even if they do not. However, they choose to do so because they want to be a part of the brand that was once an enormous part of their WWE career. Talking about Drew McIntyre, Triple H said:
“Drew McIntyre, same thing. I did some ESPN media yesterday with Drew Mcintrye. When I was on the phone to do it, the first thing he says to me is, ‘Hey, can I go to TakeOver?’ come? ‘ That level of passion of these people does not matter to them, but they want to be a part of it, they want to be here and participate, and that is great for me. That’s the stuff I like. The pride they take in NXT and the time they have spent here, as well as their fond memory of it. they sometimes say they’re coming back here, making them nervous then going to the PPVs because they remember the Full Sail. To me, that means everything. “
While Triple H is extremely proud of the Superstars he cherished on NXT, a few of them have never forgotten their days at Full Sail University. The fact that she loves the place so much has earned her a special place in Triple H’s heart and it’s wonderful to see the relationship they share.
