Presumptive Democratic Vice Presidential candidate Kamala Harris appears to have “no core services”, Second Chamber Speaker Trey Gowdy told “Outnumbered Overtime” on Thursday.
“The American people make you change your mind,” said Gowdy host Harris Faulkner. ‘If you change your mind 20 years ago and you can explain when and why, then that’s one thing. But Harris, six months ago, thought she would make a better president than Joe Biden. “
Gowdy, a former state and federal prosecutor in South Carolina, further noted that although Harris claims he wants police reform, she refuses to work with sen. Tim Scott, RS.C., to his legislative striving to bring about change.

“It simply instructs this view that she has no core services other than her personal ambition,” Gowdy said. “She had it sitting off her table … and she stood up and said, ‘I’m not ready to negotiate,’ and she would not make an amendment.
“That feeds the narrative of ‘Can we really trust you now? You say you’ve changed your mind, what is there to guarantee us that you will not change it again?’
Gowdy went on to say that Harris, who was officially announced on Tuesday as Biden’s running mate, shifted her views on multiple issues during her entire time in public life, beginning as a local prosecutor in the early 2000s.

Those positions are now back in the spotlight as the Trump campaign tries to label the senator as “false” and prepares the newly named Democratic ticket to present a consistent and consistent message that goes into next week’s national convention .
Harris’ changes of heart rate issues like the government should abolish private health insurance, or recreational marijuana should be legalized and more. Such links have in the past invited criticism from both the left and the right – with Republicans marking themselves as radical and members of the more progressive wing of the Democratic Party accusing them of not being liberal enough.

Gowdy said Harris’ vulnerability to social and political issues “tells the news that her only core service is personal ambition.”
“Six months ago, it would take the Stanford Linguistics Department to figure out its position in health care because no one could understand it,” he said. Six months ago she believed [Kavanaugh accuser] Dr. Christine Blasey Ford before she ever opened her mouth. Do they also believe the accusers of Biden? ”
