Tracy Morgan and his foreign wife submit divorce documents almost in lockstep, and agree that they have a prenup … but there are signs that the split could be annoying.
Megan was first to register, on July 28, and Tracy submitted the next day. He wants shared legal care and shared time with her 7-year-old daughter – but Megan only wants legal and physical care … so, there’s a potential slaughterhouse.
And, get this … Tracy also wants Megan obliged to change her last name back to her maiden name. We learned the pair as well does have a prenup, as both parties acknowledge in their divorce documents.
As we reported … she announced last month they would file for divorce after nearly 5 years of marriage. In a statement, Tracy told TMZ … “Unfortunately, after nearly five years of marriage, Megan and I have filed for divorce. This is a challenging time for all involved.”
Tracy and Megan met in 2011 after meeting on a blind date. She announced her engagement later that year at the Emmy Awards, and had her first child, a daughter Maven, in July 2013. Tracy and Megan finally tied the knot on August 23, 2015.
