Tory Lanez Allegedly fired at Megan to Stallion Because she was exhausted – she claimed in a text message sent to him shortly after the bloody incident … because she was still in the hospital bed.
TMZ has seen that Megan was found on the evening of July 12 … She claims that Tory shot her in the leg and apologizes to her. He wrote, “I know you never spoke to me, but I know you really know that I am sorry from the bottom of my heart.”
His only explanation for the violence was … “I was just drunk.”
In the text, Tory never refers to “shooting” or a gun, but it is clear that he did something he regrets. In his words, “Nothing less ** should ever happen and I can’t change what I did. I just feel horrible.”
And, it keeps repeating … “Cuz I got really drunk.”

As they pulled towards the Tory’s chauffeur-driven ride … they instructed everyone to slowly get out of the vehicle – and it was clear that Megan was bleeding from her legs as she walked behind the vehicle.
Tory was arrested for possession of a concealed weapon … a handgun cops say they were found under the front passenger seat where he was sitting.
Since then Megan has Called the Tories in public … Allegedly he is the one who pulled the trigger and shot her in the leg, and she also posted some gruesome pictures of her injuries.
Tory has not been arrested or charged for the shooting, but as we have previously reported, LA County DA is considering charging with him. Serious attack with a weapon.
Tory and Megan have been in contact since the shooting … We’ve been told she never responded to her “sorry” text.
