Top 50 Shares of 2020 Top 20 Most Downloaded Games and Apps

With selects for the top iPhone, iPad and iPad apps and games of the year, Apple Play today shared charts featuring the top games of the year 2020 and the top apps of the year 2020, displaying the most popular free and paid apps and games of the year.

From us! 2020 was the top free game, followed by Call of Duty: Mobile, Roblox and Subway Surfers. Royal Ink Tattoo Drawing was the fourth free app, while Magic Tiles 3: Game of Thrones took fifth place. Mario Kart Tour also ranked 15th on the list.

Minecraft was the top paid game of the year, followed by Plague Inc., Heads Up !, Monopoly, Blues TD6, Geometry Dash and NBA 2K20. Many of these games topped the charts at the end of the year, including Minecraft and Plague Inc. Holds the top spot for a long time.

Zoom was the top free app on iOS devices, followed by Ticket OK, Disney +, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat. TouchTouch is among the top paid apps for quickly removing clutter from Photos, ProCreat Pocket, Festune, HotShedulus and S Toslip Sleep Tracker.
