It’s not entirely “mission: impossible” to live like Tom Cruise. You only need 39.5 million!
The longtime actor, best known for his roles in “Top Gun” and “Jerry Maguire,” has listed his Colorado estate for that hefty price, the list told the brokerage post – since the property was first available to the public for sale.
The Wall Street Journal, which broke the news on the first list, reported that Cruz, 58, tapped the first broker seven years ago to market Telluride, which spread to million 59 million, albeit under hush-hush circumstances.

Cruise’s property is spread over 320 acres – and nestled in the mountains, it was built for privacy. Cruz reported that it took many years to build the stone and cedar house, and completed it in 1994.
The list includes seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
The main 10,000-square-foot main building has wood and stone decorative details – including a beautiful wooden beamed roof – a chef’s kitchen and large windows overlooking the mountains. In addition to the main house, the grounds include a three-bedroom guest lodge.
The catalog description also shows that Cruz’s home has several fireplaces, a fitness center, an outdoor recreation area and a three-car garage.
The ces are accessed by a set 1-mile driveway behind the door, the estate also has “massive” forest trails. And despite its seclusion, the property is close to downtown Telluride.
