Senator Tom Cotton, R-Ark., Told “Fox & Friends” he intends to break the record of Democratic presidential secretary Joe Biden on the last and highest profile day of the Republican National Convention.
Cotton, a military veteran of the Army and a graduate of Harvard Law School, promises to contrast President Trump’s “strength” with “Joe Biden’s record of indecision and weakness” over the last 50 years in public office in the last moments before the president takes the stage.

“I will expose Joe Biden as weak and wrong for America,” Cotton (43) told hosts Steve Doocy, Ainsley Airhardt and Brian Kilmeade.
The Arkansas senator was elected in part because he was one of the first elected officials to warn about the coronavirus, which originated in China, and has a long history with Biden, a Cotton political adviser told Fox News earlier this week.

The first-term senator, who has made a rapid rise in Washington, said he will make several contrasts, including keeping America safe and out of the war.
“Barack Obama’s defense secretary himself has said that Joe Biden has been wrong on almost every major national security decision for the last 40 years. I will put some meat on those bones,” Cotton said. “Joe Biden opposes the mission to assassinate Osama bin Laden. Donald Trump rained down the air on the terrorist leaders of ISIS and Iran. Joe Biden treated Israel like a nuisance. Donald Trump moved our embassy to Jerusalem and made peace in the Middle East. “
He summed it up: “Joe Biden will be weak and wrong for America. Donald Trump will be strong.”
In response to the violence following the shooting of Jacob Blake by police in Kenosha, Wis., Earlier this week, Cotton called the RNC a “sharp contrast” to the DNC, and discussed the riots in democratic cities.

Blaming Democratic leaders for not letting police and the National Guard handle the situation on the eve of the uprising in Kenosha, Cotton said it was the only way to stop rioting, looting and arson from spreading.
“As the Vice President said yesterday, you and your families in Joe Biden’s America will not be safe,” he said. “What starts in big cities like New York and Portland comes to small cities like Kenosha, Wis.”
