Three Washington players who would like to put together a strong stretch of camp practices

The Washington Football team returns to the field on Saturday, marking the start of four straight days of open practice.

Here are three players who could really use strong stretch football in Ashburn after a disappointing last week of work.

Dwayne Haskins

The quarterback has so far been more down than in the presence of reporters. No, the fight is not all on him – his offensive line almost ends as a Kyle Shanahan Super Bowl lead and his non-Terry McLaurin receivers do not score enough – but they are still enough on him.

“You see him go through his progressions, he reads and he does some things he has to do. And then you see a few times that he does not go through his progressions, and does not keep the right pace or keep up the pace, said Ron Rivera Wednesday when asked about his progression, sounds exactly a little apprehensive about the cases if Haskins does not address his fundamental duties.

2020 should still belong to Haskins. He is still enormously talented. But he would definitely like to come out on Saturday and show better accuracy and lead more consistent discs, and wear that moment on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday as well.

Reuben Foster

Foster has taken most of his reps with the defense of the third sign as he tries to get football comfortable again, which is something he has not really done since October 2018. So far it seems like he has some ways to go before he really makes an impact on the corps of linebacking.

Foster recently admitted that he was not as confident as he would be in the knee, and that understandably affected him on the field. Even with the third-stringers, he still made a concrete impact.

Ryan Anderson told the media on Thursday that a healthy Foster is the best player he has personally ever seen. Washington, however, would arrange for Foster to only return to a solid spot. At the moment he is that even below, but that may change the second he starts to trust his leg again.

Geron Christian

Haskins and Foster are on this list because they are underage. Christian, on the other hand, is here because he is upward trending and would obviously benefit from continuing to do so.

Saahdiq Charles has yet to attend an open session and is expected to miss at least a few more days due to his calf injury. That left Christian and Cornelius Lucas as the only options at left-wing approach, and Christian has been the one who saw the majority of snaps with the first-team players.

A month ago, the idea of Christian did not exist that year as the opening of Washington’s startup. It is now absolutely in play. But it will be up to him to keep improving, and that effort must be renewed on Saturday.
