- OnePlus has announced that three new televisions will soon be coming to India.
- There are two in the Y series and one in the U series.
- Televisions range in price from Rs. 12,999 to Rs. 49,999.
OnePlus launched into the TV game recently, and now the company is trying even harder with the announcement of three new models coming to India soon. Unfortunately, the company does not appear to have any intention of launching televisions in other markets at the moment.
OnePlus TV U series
The company first revealed a new U-series television with some pretty solid specs and an Rs. Priced at 49,999, which is approximately $ 670. It comes with a 55-inch screen with support for 4K content. The U series television comes with support for Dolby Vision, HDR10, HDR10 + and HLG, which covers most major standards.
As you would expect from a phone company like OnePlus, the set comes with Android TV as its operating system, which should give you great flexibility. That Android TV operating system is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT5887 chipset with quad-core Cortex A53.
OnePlus Y series
As for the Y Series, the company revealed two different models. They are on the more affordable side of the spectrum as they are available in 32- and 43-inch models with the former at HD resolution and the latter at full 1080p. The 32-inch model comes with a price of Rs 12,999 (~ $ 175), and the 43-inch version sells for Rs 22,999 (~ $ 310). Both include Android TV. It features a bezel-less design that should look pretty good on a TV stand.

All televisions come with Oxygen Play, which is the company’s discovery service that promises to make searching for content easier.
All three new OnePlus TVs will be available on Amazon India starting July 5, so anyone wanting to add one of these to their living room will just have to wait a few days.
