Metal Gear Solid Overview

Players take on the role of retired Veterans of the Solid Snake Special Forces. Terrorists have invaded a secret Alaskan weapons base and threaten to launch a devastating nuclear attack unless their demands are met within 24 hours. With nothing more than a pair of binoculars and a bad attitude, the players’ mission is to infiltrate the base, rescue the hostages, and eliminate the terrorists. The clock is ticking. Once again Snake heads off into battle. . . alone.
