Coronavirus numbers in New Jersey are moving in only one direction wherever you look.
November. Week 12-18 is the third straight week that every county in New Jersey has seen an increase in new coronavirus cases the week before.
It happened a few months ago that adding five or six cases per 10,000 residents was enough to land the county at the top of the state. This week, no county has less than 13.8 new cases per 10,000 inhabitants.

Overall, New Jersey added 29.3 cases per 10,000 inhabitants. A figure that at one time was only a fraction of the U.S. has been found. There were 33.5 cases per 10,000 inhabitants nationally during the week.

The county with the most new cases this week was Pasek County with 45.5 new cases per 10,000. Camden, Union, Mercer and Essex are out of the top five, but that’s not to say the other 16 counties aren’t perfect.
Eleven counties saw an increase of 0% or more in the total number of cases a week earlier. Salem County has seen a 127% increase in cases, and Cape May County has seen a 100% increase.
New Jersey, now fully in the midst of another wave of epidemics, reported 6.6 cases35 new cases on Friday, while hospitalized on the 21st day.
Government Phil Murphy and state health officials gave a glimmer of hope on Friday, however: About 1,130,000 doses of Pfizer’s new coronavirus vaccine could reach Garden State by January, with health care workers the highest priority and the most vulnerable.
