Microsoft recently sent Snoop Dogg an Xbox Series X fridge for his birthday – as well as several other celebrities and influencers – as part of marketing for its upcoming console.
The black refrigerator is shaped like the Xbox Series X (or is it on this side?) And has a light-up Xbox logo in the top left corner, as well as what the world’s largest disk drive is. The inside is completely illuminated by green lighting, why not, right?Jokes spread about the similarities with the Xbox Series X and its kitchen appliances, as it was released during the 2019 Game Awards. Micros even burst, next to the banana, along with the one placed in the Xbox Series X, also added “Fridge to Scale”. .
Microsoft explained in an interview earlier this year that the design is in fact meant to help cool, not unlike the refrigerator. The two seem to have more in common than we initially thought.
