UPS The driver is now out of work when the customer claims she caught him spitting on his home package – but whether he actually gave someone the right is under discussion.
The incident came home last Thursday Ann Payton Oakley, F.L. – where the landlord says he saw something on a surveillance camera that led him to believe that the bitter UPS driver got a small revenge by spitting on one of his packages.
The UPS was obviously supposed to arrive that day and create a separate package that was supposed to be ready for the driver … but it wasn’t. Patton tells us that she has no UPS. The pickup was never reported, so nothing was left.
Anyway, Payton claims that when the driver arrived and realized that what he had got to send there was nowhere to be found … he tried to pick up the Amazon package and go back, which was already left and spit on it. At least that’s what happened in the eyes of Patton, who grabbed the alleged spit on the video.
Of course, Petno angrily called the UPS … saying he was told the driver would be ready, but claims the company refused to change his Amazon package. Naturally, there’s a lot to worry about if it spots … COVID comes to mind.
Now, speaking of UPS … they have a slightly different version of events. The company tells us that, yes, they hired the man – who was a temporary holiday driver – but only with caution, because in their eyes … it’s not clear if he will spit.
Decide for yourself … UPS That said, it looks like his native mistakenly thought it was the package he was there to pick up and was just following protocol by blowing on the label to clean it so he could apply the UPS label. They think that when he realized it was the wrong package, he just walked away.
At any rate, they say it’s gone … and they’ve taken the time and apologized for the stomach. He also says he wants to watch the full video before offering any additional compensation, but claims that Petno has not yet provided undated footage.
