21. Showrunner Steve Blackman wanted season 2 to feel bigger than season 1, and he also wanted to “step up” with the VFX in season 2.
22. Many of the Dallas, Texas scenes were shot in Northern Ontario.
23. However, they went to Dallas to film the Grassy Knoll.
24. Blackman replied that we would meet some of the other 43 children just next season.
25. Blackman had the goal of keeping episodes 50 minutes long (or less) this season because he felt like it was a “digestible” amount of time with other leagues of TV shows out there for the spotlight of people.
26. The number of the dance in the salon was originally intended as a choreographed dance, but it changed into Vanya, Allison, and Klaus impromptu dancing eventually to better fit the stage. They got three hours worth of dance material!
27. The snow in episode 10 is really due to a snowstorm that came unexpectedly through Toronto, so the snow then had to be written into the fight scene.
28. While fighting in the snow scene, Emmy slipped, fell, tore her pants, and twisted her ankle. Luckily she was okay!
29. And finally, Tom (Luther) pulled his hamstring running in the snow. He’s okay too.
