President J. Biden said the United States may be in “very different circumstances” by Christmas.
Speaking Tuesday night at CNN’s townhall, Byden noted that with vaccinations, the ability to continue to spread coronavirus due to herd immunity is “significantly reduced.”
“So if he acts that way, as my mother would say by the grace of God and the goodwill of the neighbors, that by next Christmas I think we want God, we want more than we do today.” He warned that it was “not too promising.”
“A year from now, I believe there will be significantly fewer people who will have to wear masks, to bridge the gap socially, but we don’t know,” Biden said.
Its vaccine plan: Biden promised that 600 million doses of the vaccine would be available in the country by the end of July.
Byden noted that not every vaccine will be given at that time. “They will be available,” he said. “A lot of vaccinations will be given in the meantime.” “In other words, there aren’t going to be a million million doses all of a sudden.”
