The Sharks are ready to pounce on Australian pro surfer Matt Wilkinson

The scene is played almost like a terrible outtake from “Javs”.

The captivating video captured by the drone shows a lone supin surfer on the Australian coast by a shark. But, as the 5-foot-tall animal is ready to attack its sensitive prey, it just swims away from its food.

Matt Wilkins, a Sydney-born professional surfer, told Surf Life Saving, “I heard a splash and a sound and looked around and couldn’t see anything. “Then the drone came down and told me there were dangerous sharks in the area, back to the beach.”

The state-of-the-art drone was able to warn Wilkinson of a nearby white shark while it was paddling off the coast of Sharps Beach in Bullina on Wednesday.

The drone, deployed by Surf Life Saving New South Wales, played an automated message telling Wilkinson to return to the beach.
