When it comes to premium earbuds, AirPods get all the attention (maybe deserved, maybe not) – but don’t let the Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus overlook it. They debuted earlier this year for widespread applause, improving on the original Galaxy Buds in several important ways. They also cost more, which was a bummer.
Good news: For a limited time, and although deliveries are delayed, Verizon has the Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus for $ 99.99 when you add them to your shopping cart. (You will see the regular price of $ 149.99 for it.) The buttons are available in your choice of four colors.
I have not tried them myself, so let me support you to David Carnoy’s Galaxy Buds Plus review. It maintains sound quality, battery life, USB-C and wireless charging and enhanced iOS support. He does not like the minimal water resistance and the lack of active sound cancellation (ANC).
Indeed, without the latter, you might be wondering how these compare to AirPods Pro, which have it in the famous ANC. Watch the awesome ‘versus’ video below of Lexy Savvides.
The final rule here is that these $ 150 earrings are on sale for $ 100, the lowest price I can look back on. That’s a huge discount. Even without it, the Galaxy Buds Plus made CNET’s list the best true wireless earbuds for 2020.
