The Rolls-Royce Dawn Silver Bullet is a two-seater roadster

This is the Rolls-Royce Dawn Silver Bullet; an “ode to decadence” and “horror”. Not, as you might assume, a two and a half ton method of sending a dumb vampire.

It’s your first look at Rolls-Royce’s idea of a glamorous, decadent roadster, pictured here on the shores of beautiful Lake Garda in Italy. The fitment of what the company calls ‘Aero Cowling’ transforms the Dawn with four seats into a really very large car with room for two lucky people.

The rear seat curls that increase the Dawn’s shoulder height are separated by a central ‘back’ that runs into the cabinet, even treated to a ‘steam-blown titanium finish’ with the Silver Bullet name and silhouette of the car etches on it.

Rolls has a history with ‘Silver’, giving the Dawn SB a metallic ‘Brewster Silver’ paint job, along with dark headlights, partially polished wheels and of course a beautifully appointed interior. Things like an open pore, carbon fiber fascia and quilted transmission tunnel.

RR makes no mention of the motive power that powers the Silver Bullet, so let’s assume that the 6.6-liter V12 stays at 563bhp; enough to drive it in under five seconds from 0-62mph and through to a limited top speed of 155mph. Speed and performance are obviously not the central theme here, but 563bhp is actually quite nice to have on tap.

Just 50 will be built, and it will probably set you back a little more than the ‘normal’ Dawn’s starting price of £ 282k.
