The real reason Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Moved From Los Angeles revealed

After moving between houses after her departure from the royal family, Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex finally found a place to call home.

The couple recently bought a huge yard in Santa Barbara, California, after spending several months in a residence in Meghan’s native Los Angeles.

Although it was widely believed that the couple would settle down in their hometown, recent reports suggest that the couple did not feel it was the best fit for their family. Here’s all we know about the move and the reason they left town.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have bought their first home

Several stores confirmed on August 12 that the Sussexes had purchased a home in Santa Barbara a few weeks earlier. Variety reports that the mansion costs $ 14.65 million and comes with nine bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, and many great amenities, including a gym, pool and living room.

“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved into their family home in July of this year,” a spokesman for the couple said in a statement shared with CNN. “They have established themselves in the quiet privacy of their community since their arrival and hope this will be respected for their neighbors as well as for them as a family.”

The move came a few months after Prince Harry and Meghan decided to leave the royal family. They announced their decision in January and took up their duties two months later, after which they spent some time in Canada before moving to Los Angeles. The couple lived in a $ 18 million home that belonged to Tyler Perry before buying their new road.

This morning, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, were baptized in the Private Chapel at Windsor Castle during an intimate service rendered by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are so happy to share the joy of this day with members of the public who have been incredibly supportive since the birth of their son. They thank you for your kindness in welcoming their firstborn and celebrating this special moment. Their Royal Highnesses feel happy to enjoy this day with Archie’s family and grandparents. Their son, Archie, was baptized with the handmade replica of the royal christening gown worn by royal beekeepers for the past 11 years. The original Royal Christening Robe, made of fine Honiton lace, upholstered in white satin, was commissioned by Queen Victoria in 1841 and first worn by her eldest daughter. It was subsequently worn for generations of royal christening parties, including The Queen, her children and grandchildren until 2004, when The Queen commissioned this handmade replica, to preserve the fragile historical outfit, and to continue the tradition. The reported reason why Prince Harry and Meghan Markle left Los Angeles

A source suggested to Page Six that the move had to do with the amount of privacy Santa Barbara possessed compared to Los Angeles. The couple also want to raise their son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, 1, somewhere where he can have the most ‘normal’ life possible, the source said.

“People can not say they are in Hollywood because they are no longer in Los Angeles,” added royal writer Omid Scobie in a recent interview (via The Sun). “Santa Barbara has a lot of private communities in it. That’s the reason we never saw paparazzi photos of Oprah or Ellen or Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis at their homes. It is extremely private. ”

“There’s a fantastic ring of security around parts of Santa Barbara that I think will make them feel safe, because what they have is almost a composition,” Scobie continued.

Us Weekly reported that Meghan fell in love with the Montecito community when she was a teenager and always considered it an “option” in connection with a place to live. ‘But to begin with, she and Harry wanted to give Los Angeles a shot. Unfortunately, Harry absolutely hated it – the timing was so wrong in the middle of it [coronavirus] pandemic and they do not lack privacy, ”a source told the outlet.

Although Los Angeles did not work it out, the good thing is that it is only a short drive away from their new home, so it will be easy peasy for the couple to fully return from work and all that they have planned to progress.
