Goff finished the 19-of-31 game with 198 passing yards, two interceptions and a lost fumble. He didn’t throw a touchdown pass. Los Angeles lost 23-20 to San Francisco.

“They did a good job. You give them credit. McVeigh was asked what better way to take care of Goff’s football when the team goes to the house.

Goff has 16 touchdown passes and 10 interceptions this season. Sunday’s game was the second time this season he had thrown below 200 yards, but in the third of the last four games he threw at least two interceptions.
