The top Democratic tive parativ says voter fraud, especially with the mail-in ballot, is no legend. And he knows this because he has been doing it on a grand scale for decades.
Mail-in ballet has become the latest flashpoint in the 2020 elections. President Trump and G.O.P. Absent warns of widespread vote manipulation, which would be exacerbated by COVD voting restrictions, many Democrats and their media colleagues have dismissed such concerns as unfounded.
But political insiders, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they feared legal action, said fraud was more of a rule than an exception. His misdeeds have taken him away from the weeds of municipal and federal elections in Patterson, Atlantic City, Camden, Newark, Hoboken and Hudson counties, and his fingerprints can be found in the races of the Garden State local legislature, mayor and congress. Some of New Jersey’s biggest names and top appointees have benefited from their tactics, according to campaign records reviewed by the Post.
“Elections or terrestrial votes, overturned by 1,000 votes – it can make a difference,” Tipsar said. “That might be enough for Flip States.”
Whistleblower – whose identity, rap sheet and long history, who has served as a consultant to various campaigns – has been confirmed by the post – says he has not only changed the ballot himself over the years, but has guided at least 20 operatives in New Jersey. New York and Pennsylvania – an important 2020 swing state.
“There’s no race in New Jersey – create a city council in the United States Senate – we haven’t worked.” Tipsar said. “I worked in a fire commissioner’s race in Burlington County. The smaller the race the easier it is to do. “
Bernie Sanders could die for not having a horse in the presidential race, he said, forcing him to step forward in the hope that states would now take action to address the obvious security issues present in the mail-in ballot.
“This is a real thing,” he said. “And the King War is coming on this thing from November 3rd … If they knew how to make sausage, they could fix it.”
Mail-in voting can be complicated – so tough that on June 23, 84,000 New Yorkers threw away their mailed ballots to fill in the Democratic presidential primary incorrectly.
But for a political party, they are a piece of cake. In New Jersey, for example, it starts with a blank mail-in ballot delivering a registered voter in a large envelope. Inside the packet is the return envelope, “Voter’s Mail Certificate” which the voter must sign, and the ballot itself.
Only when the election-rigid action comes.
Phony Belots
The ballot has no specific security features – such as a stamp or watermark – so the insider said he would just make his own ballot.
“I just left [the ballot] Through the copy machine and it comes out the same way, ”said the interior.
But return envelopes are “safer than ballet. You could never recreate an envelope, “he said.” So they had to collect from real voters.
He went out door-to-door with his executive fans, assuring voters to let them mail completed ballots on their behalf as a public service. The cheater and his minions then took the sealed envelopes home and caught them on boiling water.
“You have to steam it to loosen the glue,” said the insider.
He will then remove the original ballot, place the fake ballot inside the signed certificate and re-research the envelope.
“Five minutes per ballet tops,” said the insider.
Andarkhan said he took care not to stuff fake ballots into just a few public mailboxes, but to spray them around the city. In this way he avoided the notion that this year N.J. Patterson, in a City Council race, foiled three fraudulent voter-fraud operations, where 900 ballots were found in just three mailboxes.
“If they had spread them all in different mailboxes, nothing would have happened,” the insider said.
Inside Jobs
Tipsar said sometimes postal workers are involved in the scam.
“You have a postman who is a rabid anti-Trump guy and he works in Bedminster or some Republican g … he can take it. [filled-out] The ballot, and knowing Republican is going 95%, he can just throw it in the trash. “
In some cases, mail carriers were members of its “work crew” and handed over ballot boxes from the mail to operatives.
In 2017, more than 500 mail-in ballots in New York City never reached the election board for the race in November – leaving hundreds of candidates. They were finally discovered in April 2018. “For some indefinite reason, some mail baskets bound to the New York City Board of Elections were set aside at a Brooklyn processing facility,” said Michael Ryan, the city election boss. Discovery time.
Nursing home
Providing supportive accommodation and “helping” the elderly to fill out absentee ballots was a gold mine of votes, an internal source said.
“There are nursing homes where nurses are really paid operative. And they go from room to room for the nursing home, which still feels like they belong, ”Whistleblower said. “[They] Literally fill it for them. “
The insider pointed to former Jersey City Mayor Gerald McCann, who in 2007 accused residents of nursing homes of “unfit … and sick” nursing homes for allegedly voting for him. McCain denied it, however, as some nursing home residents have not agreed to help with the absentee ballet application.
Voter ersong
When all else fails, internal voters will send voters who do not need a voter ID to live voting at polling stations, especially in states like New Jersey and New York. Pennsylvania, for the most part, doesn’t.
The best targets were registered voters who regularly ignore presidential or municipal elections – information that is publicly available.
“You fill out this index card with that person’s name and district and you go around town and say, ‘You’re going to be his, you’re going to be his,'” the insider said of how he sent his teams to Dirty. Tricks.
At the polling station, the fake voter will sign, “Come on the line and … vote,” the insider said. The imposters will recreate the signatures that already appear on the voter list as best they can. In the rare instance that the actual voter had already signed in and voted, the .wonger would chalk it up to an innocent mistake and bolt.
Bribing voters
Tipsar said New Jersey’s homeless shelters offer an almost inexhaustible pool of reliable – buyable – voters.
“They register where they live and they vote and vote,” he said, spending about 4,174 votes per Mike Bloomberg to win his third mayoral post. He said the same results could result in a 70 per cent discount – as real estate developer and Hoboken Nabob Frank “Puppy” Raiya pleaded guilty last year to federal charges of paying 50 paise to low-income residents. Vote for how he wanted to during the 2013 municipal elections.
Organizationally, Tipsar said his voter-fraud schemes in Garden State and elsewhere are similar to those of mafia organizations, with bosses (usually campaign managers) handing over the day-to-day management of crowded soldiers to the underboss (them). The actual candidate was usually deliberately kept in the dark so that they could maintain a “rational rejection”.
With a mail-in ballot, parties from both parties vote and vote in the party’s election board and discuss which ballot is cut and which needs to be thrown out due to irregularities.
Andarkhan said any ballot presented by him or his operation would come with a curved corner with the voter certificate – which has the voter’s signature – so the Democratic Board Election F election counters would know if it was fixed or not and didn’t mind.
“It doesn’t bend, but you can tell it’s bent,” Tipper said. “till then [certificate] Granted, the ballot doesn’t matter unless they allow it until they see the ballot [certificate.]”
“I discovered the bending angles,” said the man inside, “once the fixed ballet merges with the generals, the bed is made.” “Once the ballot opens, it’s an anonymous poll.”
While federal law warns of up to five years in prison, voter fraud has seen fewer punishments than fraud. A Texas woman was sentenced to five years in prison in 2018, while an Arizona man who was incited to vote twice in the mail was given only three years of probation. A study by the Conservative Heritage Foundation found more than 1,000 instances of documentary voter fraud in the United States, most of which occurred in the last 20 years.
“There’s nothing new in these techniques,” said Hans von Spokowski, a senior legal associate at Heritage, who led his election law reform initiative. “Everything he’s talking about is possible.”
The City Board of Elections declined to answer questions about the post on ballot security.
