Delivery services get better at letting me know when a delivery is on the way and sending me messages, but sometimes they just do not, for whatever reason. That’s why I’m glad I have a Ring Doorbell so I can keep tabs on what’s going on in the front room. You can also take part in this action – with a discount. For starters you can get the new one for a limited time Ring Video Doorbell 3 for $ 150, which corresponds to its lowest price from back in June and currently includes a free Amazon Echo Show 5 smart display.
The Doorbell 3 is the latest version of the Ring and is only available since the start of the summer. Visually, it is almost indistinguishable from the older second generation, but on the inside it includes dual Wi-Fi of 2.4 and 5GHz – which means it needs to connect more consistently and stream video better.
The Ring Doorbell 3 Plus builds on the updates found in the Doorbell 3 by incorporating a feature called Pre-Roll – it captures four seconds of video for the motion event that triggered the doorbell, giving you more context about motion events. If you have an existing ring, you have probably seen your share of video clips that almost miss the whole point of the warning to begin with.
If you prefer the Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus, that can be for $ 180, which is a new low price for that model. It also scores you a free Echo Show 5.
