Joanna Gaines says being married to Chip is like having 3 extra children
During a video for HGTV, Joanna says that Chip “is like having a whole set of triplets.” De Fixer Upper star never puts him down very much and he always tells jokes and seeks to laugh. Joanna also says that Chip is a “bag with tricks.”
During a series of outtakes for HGTV, Chip goes a little too far and hurts him. He injured his fingers after jumping into a crawl space. The hole was much deeper than Chip thought. Joanna says Chip looked like a ballerina when two of his co-workers helped him out of the crawl space.
Chip makes fun of Joanna’s obsession with shiplap
In an HGTV video of outtakes, Chip Joanna talks about her obsession with shiplap. He raises his hands and mimes her, chatting over shiplap. In another scene, he asks Joanna if he sees fat as “jacked” when he stands in a certain way.
“Hey, when I stand like that, do I look really strong or do I look kind of fat?” freget Chip. “Because I was just standing here, and I can feel the buttons open.” Joanna says it’s just like Superman, but Chip is not so sure. “Is it like, ‘Wow, look at that guy, he looks like jacked,’ or do you think, ‘That guy’s a little chunky to stand this way?’ “Joanna replies, ‘Of course, jacked.’
Chip slapped Joanna through a 3-inch nail around her nose
During some of the HGTV outcomes, Chip is seen as putting a 3-inch nail around the nose. He interrupted Joanna during one of her scenes by asking how far she thought he could get the nail in his nose.
“How far do you think I can put this nail around my nose?” Surprisingly, he managed to get the whole nail in his nose. “Baby, it’s on my brain,” he says as he pushes the nail further inward. He then asks her to pull the nail out of his nose. “Now we need to insert a tetanus into your nostril,” says Joanna. “Baby, I think it hit my brain,” Chip says. ‘Okay, maybe it’s awake,’ Joanna recalls.
Chip Gaines told father jokes for Father’s Day
Chip loves a good father joke. This past Father’s Day, he walked around his kids and read some of the funniest (according to him) dad jokes from fans. One of his favorite jokes is, ‘What time did Dad go to the dentist? Tooth hurting. “Chip is so caught up in that joke that he says to the fan, ‘You win bro! I choose you! ”
