It’s fun to relive the memories of the Miami Dolphins, one of the most historic franchises in the history of professional sports. However, it’s hard not to be excited about what’s to come next for the two-time Super Bowl champions.
After an offseason in which general manager Chris Grier and head coach Brian Flores renewed the roster, the team released a video that is sure to make it wish it was on September 13, when the Dolphins are slated to start the season against the New England Patriots.
From broadcasters on Miami culture, to the highlight of a pop-up list, this video has everything a fan could ask for, including plenty of inspiration from Coach Flores.
The Dolphins were aggressive in free agency with the signing of talented defensive players like Byron Jones, Shaq Lawson and Kyle Van Noy, but they also reinforced the offense with signings of Ereck Flowers, Jordan Howard and Ted Karras.
While the Dolphins weren’t as aggressive in the draft, it’s hard not to like Miami’s vision when they selected Tua Tagovailoa with the fifth overall pick. However, the Dolphins were not finished. They continued to work on the offensive line with players like Austin Jackson and Robert Hunt, but they also joined an already loaded high school by recruiting Noah Igbinoghene and Brandon Jones.
Even though the season is still two months away and the Dolphins are likely to have another year of growth before being a serious contender in the AFC, it’s safe to say that we are all counting the days until the Dolphins hit the field for their 2020 season. .
