The driver was killed after the chase ended in Houston, police say.

Pasadena, Texas – Four Pasda police officers were involved in Monday’s shooting, which killed the driver of a vehicle that was being chased in southeastern Houston, according to police.

The shooting was found on Sabo Road near Fukuya Street at 4 p.m.

Wendy Bambridge, assistant chief of the Houston Police Department, said a Chevrolet SUV was reported stolen in Houston on Monday morning. He said the on-star vehicle is located and stops in the Pasadena area. She said Pasadena police officers responded to the scene and the man in the vehicle put a gun to her head. Pasde officials confirmed, he said.

Bambridge said the man got out of the SUV and went into a white pickup that had the keys inside and it got out. Pesade officials chased the vehicle, during which the man pushed other vehicles onto the Gulf Freeway and drove incorrectly on the road, he said.

Bambridge said he was able to pick up after Pasadena officials lost a man close to Sabo and Fukwa.

Pasadena Police Chief Josh Bruger said the man made a weapon and four officers fired several rounds, killing the man.

Sky2’s video showed the windshield of a white pickup truck burning through bullet holes. The driver’s side window was also shattered.

No officers were injured.

The man’s identity was not immediately disclosed.
