‘The Daily Show’ teases Trump with full-page ads targeting ‘short-term ex-president’

The ad was published prior to the last night of the Republican National Convention, when it is expected that Trump will provide comments that formally accept his party nomination.

The ad features Noah, the host of “The Daily Show”, as well as other comedians on the show.

The ad appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post and The Los Angeles Times, Deadline reported.

The ad directs the public to a phone number, which when reached has two options: one for the president and one for anyone who is not the president. The message to Trump includes an offer to transport Trump and “any family you really want” to Uganda, which Noah said in the call did not extradite to the US

The message for people who are not Trump sends the public to a website to register them to vote.
