“The Crown” has found its definitive version of Prince Philip: “Game of Thrones” alum Jonathan Pryce.
The Welsh actor will star in Netflix’s Royal Drama for his last two seasons – Seasons 5 and 6. He will play Philip opposite Imelda Staunton, 64, as Queen Elizabeth and Lesley Manville, 64, as her sister, Princess Margaret.
The show follows Queen Elizabeth II through her life and reign, with several actors taking over the role as she gets older.
