“The Crown” released a new teaser for season 4, featuring glimpses of Princess Diana, played by Emma Corrin, and revealed when the Netflix show returns.
“Something as important as the monarchy simply cannot be allowed to fail,” says Olivia Colman, who plays Queen Elizabeth II, in a dramatic opening.
Gillian Anderson, who portrays Margaret Thatcher, the first female Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, also makes a quick comeo in the example.

Most of the teaser focuses on the coverage of Princess Diana in the British press and her 1981 marriage to Prince Charles, played by Josh O’Connor.
At the end of the teaser, Netflix announces: “The Crown” will return on November 15.
In July, series maker Peter Morgan announced via Twitter that the Netflix show would be renewed for a 6th season to reveal more details during the time of The Princess of Wales.
“The marriage of Charles and Diana, it was three Brexits and three COVIDs packed into one, wasn’t it?” told series maker Peter Morgan Esquire earlier this month.

The marriage between Diana and Charles is a crucial moment in recent British history, he said.
