The Covid-19 outbreak pushes the Steelers-Ravens until next Tuesday

The Battle of Baltimore Ravens has forced the NFL to postpone the Pittsburgh team’s tour for the second time.

The league announced on Friday that the Ravens (6-4) against the unbeaten Steelers (10-0) will now take place on Tuesday night. The game was originally scheduled for Thanksgiving, followed by an initial wave of players on Ravens tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

Additional positive tests, a group that includes Baltimore quarterback Lamar Jackson, have forced the Ravens (6-4) to prepare virtually throughout the week.

The NFL was forced to postpone its week-long visit to Baltimore from Thursday to Monday, December 7 next week. The unbeaten Steelers (10-0) now have the Washington Football Team (4-7) on Dec. 6.

The game – if it happens – will be the second Tuesday game to be played in the NFL this season. After the Titans’ fight with the Covid-19 in early October, Tennessee had to change the schedule, including moving the visit to Pittsburgh to Tennessee from October 13 to October 25, playing in Buffalo on Tuesday.
