The state Department of Health and Human Services said Sunday it was investigating a possible outbreak linked to last week’s Theta Chi event.

“Let me be clear: this is reckless behavior and the kind of behavior that undermines our plan and will turn us into a full remote mode,” UNH President James W. Dean Jr. said in a statement.
It is the latest cluster attached to the freight party
This is a challenge for colleges and universities, as it is difficult to stop big parties.
UNH is pursuing allegations of student conduct
The UNHA said it would pursue allegations of student misconduct against organizers and those who attended the party, and the Theta Chi fraternity has been suspended.
Nevertheless, the president of the university said in a message to the campus community that the “overwhelming majority” of students adhere to safety measures.
