The concept art of Flash Movie reveals Team-Up with Keaton’s Batman

Today during his DC Fandome panel, The Flash which turns out that Barry Allen (Ezra Miller) will have a new suit. You may remember the suit in which he was sporting Zack SnyderThe movies were a bit too designed. It was far too aware of being “realistic,” meaning it had plates and wires to dissipate electricity, which makes some sense, but doesn’t really look that great.

Managing director Andy Muschietti disclose that to The Flash solo film, Barry will now have a new suit designed by Bruce Wayne, because if the formula of mentor superhero and protégé superhero works for Marvel, you will not be disappointed. The logic also makes sense (who else will customize Barry’s suit unless you want to hand in a lot of STAR Labs stuff). Personally, I’m glad we’re getting a new Flash outfit, because I was not a fan of the latter. The new outfit should also help to distinguish this new one Flash of a DCEU that has been abandoned for the most part. Sure, we’ll get The Snyder Cut next year, but that will now be more than a screaming “What if?” instead of a new direction ahead for DC movies. 2017 marked a breaking point with that vision, so it’s only fitting that The Flash gets a new suit to fit Muschietti’s vision.

The other big news in terms of concept art shows Barry Allen along with Michael Keaton‘s Batman. We knew Keaton was coming back to play the Dark Knight, but this concept art clearly shows the return of Keaton’s Batman, as its the only big-screen iteration to use the yellow circle Bat insignia. That should provide a nice combination, and hopefully Christina HodsonThe script takes advantage of these great personalities.

Check out the concept art below. The Flash opens June 3, 2022 and also stars Ben Affleck.
