UPDATE (7:11 p.m.): Kansas Bureau Investigative Investigations said three-year-old Avon Jackson and seven-year-old Nora Jackson have both been found safe. According to the KBI, his father, Donnie Jackson, was caught by Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers near Mile Marker 6 in Eric, Oklahoma.

Amber warning has been issued after a suspect in Kansas took two little girls and finally found them crossing the Oklahoma border.

The girls are three-year-old Avon Jackson and seven-year-old Nora Jackson.

Avon has blond hair and blue eyes. Nora has blond-brown hair and hazel or blue eyes.

The suspect has been identified as 40-year-old Donnie Jackson, the father of Avon and Nora.

Jackson is a white man with long brown hair and a full beard. It weighs 190 pounds and is 5 feet 11 inches tall.

The suspect was spotted driving a black 2008 Honda Accord near State Highway 169 in Oklahoma with a Kansas license plate that reads 266-MXB.
