Do fans think Erin Moriarty could play in MCU?

A recent Reddit thread suggested that Moriarty should play Su e Storm, an Invisible Woman. Sue is the wife of Reed Richards and a member of Fantastic of. There are many reasons why this idea makes so much sense, including:

  • Moriarty has shown that he has acting chops. She has been in a variety of roles and has taken it all in stride.
  • He has shown that he can play a superhero before. Starlight is really nothing like Sue, but it has some similarities. Certainly, she has shown the ability to play in superhero space and has done so confidently.
  • She’s got the same look as Sue. Take a look at the character as it was introduced in the comics, and Moriarty is a spitting image.

There is a drawback. Moriarty is a little younger as the character is usually a little older than him. But it all depends on how Marvel wants to present it.

If they want to show the origin of Fantastic 4, a young Reed and Sue can definitely work. They’ve done it before – Marisa Tomei played a much smaller version of Auntie Menu, and she did a great job.

This casting choice makes a lot of sense – now it’s Marvel’s turn.
