The Biden transition barrel is ahead when the Trump administration stalls

The U.S. opposes extending the deadline for receiving mail ballots to three days after election day. A case of some state Republican attorneys’ general plan to support the Pennsylvania state GOP’s appeal in the Supreme Court, also interfering with the Trump campaign.

Mail ballots in Keystone State come primarily from Democrats, and G.O.P. The appeal seems to disqualify some who are not yet included in the tall. If those ballots are disqualified, the different categories of ballots cast in Pennsylvania that have not yet been counted could potentially bring the race closer to triggering an automatic recount.

As of Monday afternoon, Mr. Biden is leading Mr. Trump in Pennsylvania with 45,246 votes, a margin of 0.7%. CBS News predicted on Saturday that he would win the state, electing him by 20 votes to the presidency. Biden was later also estimated to be the winner in Nevada, increasing his total to 279, where he currently stands.

Other ballots are being counted to bring the margin to a margin of 0.5% or below in the presidential campaign, which will stimulate an automatic statewide recount.

About 60,000 ballots were cast in the three days following the state’s primary, but it was not expected to see many in the general election, Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Booker said Thursday. The state of Pennsylvania has not released an updated number, but so far the counted mail ballots have come in a 2.7-to-1 ratio in favor of Democrats over Republicans.

Trump’s campaign is based on three categories: provisional ballots, ballot kept separate because they were flagged for various issues, and military and foreign national ballots.

There are over 100,000 provisional ballots, but each must be reviewed to determine whether it will count. Some will be rejected because they came from voters who also voted by mail but are worried that it will not come on time, so they showed up to vote in person on election day. The Pennsylvania State Department has not yet answered questions about whether any of these ballots have been included in the Ties Lease.

There is also a batch of ballets with various bugs or issues, and a statewide number on this is not available. These ballots are currently being placed to give election officials personal justice.

And foreign and military ballots will be accepted until Tuesday, with no total available yet.

Together these three categories would lead to Mr. Trump, and in principle the ballot received on the three-day extension from Mr. Biden’s leadership would be sufficiently advanced, although it does not seem likely. Even if the recount were to begin, thousands of ballots would have to be cast to close the gap between the president and Mr Biden.
