According to reports, a man walking down Baltimore Street in a catch-on-video attack that went viral has a deadly cold-cock.

“It happened very quickly,” a witness, whose name should not be released, told local CBS affiliate WJZ. “When I saw him running I felt like he was running to talk to the guy.”

City Councilman Eric Costello, who represents the area, condemned the attack and called on people with information to come forward.
“The complete disregard for human life shown in this video is absolutely disgusting and should be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” Costello wrote on Facebook.
